2020

MECKLENBURG- VORPOMMERN GERMANY

This was a beautiful full moon retreat. It was our only retreat of 2020 and the last time we would practice live in class. We took every moment and lived every experience, throughout the weekend. It was a wonderful Segway into the winter. Finding light in the darkness, under the full moon!

Sacred Valley, Peru, 2019

In the Peruvian highlands of the Andes, on the shores of the Urubamba river lies the fertile “Valle Sagrado”, once home to the heart of the Incan empire.

The Sacred Valley, where it is said that the kundalini energy of the world currently resides, is filled with an atmosphere of peace, tranquility and wonder.

This retreat was an immersion into a culture where PACHAMAMA, Mother Earth, flourishes.

We offered the opportunity to deeply connect to the self and give thanks to all the colorful layers of life.

Morocco, 2019

Our first retreat, away from everything and everyone, We chose this location for it’s remoteness and tranquility.

Daily morning meditation, strong Asana practices and a lot of yummy food prepared by Pure Simple Vegan. We had a day of exploring the port town of Essaouria.

One morning we were practicing and a herd of Camels made their way past our Shala. We all stopped and starred, with the beach in the background and Camels passing by, we were inspired when it came to Ustrasana pose, see more….
